If you would like prayer for yourself or someone else, prayer is available before and after the church services, at St Mark’s in the prayer corner this week you will find Catherine and Rita, and at St Luke’s please ask a member of the leadership team to join you in prayer.

Children in Church

At St Mark’s there is Sunday kids club for children aged 4-11, for children under 4 we have a manned crèche area at the back of church which children are welcome to use at any point during the service.

At St Luke's we have an unmanned children's area at the back of church which children are welcome to use at any point during the service but must be supervised by a parent or carer.

Family Quiz Night

Thursday 24th October at 6.30pm at St Mark’s Parish Hall.

£3 entrance includes refreshments.(Hot dogs).  Children free but must be accompanied by an adult.

Charity Shop

A big thank you once again to Alison and her team at the charity shop this last week. And to all those that donated to the shop.  They were able to raise £761.50p

We look forward to the final fortnight of the year in October, moving in on Friday 25th.October
We are very grateful for donations large and small . We need small furniture, China, useful household items, mirrors, jewellery and perfumes etc.  If you are able to offer some time to help with the running of the shop or require items collecting please contact Alison 07947145666

Annual Memorial Service

A short service to remember your departed loved ones.

St Mark’s Church, Sunday 3rd November starting at 5pm followed by a light tea.  If you would like to attend please speak to Margaret McIntyre to we can cater for everyone thank you.

Operation Christmas Child

It is that time once again for Operation Christmas Child.  If you would like a pre-printed box they are available for a donation of 50p a box.  To be returned to church no later than Sunday 10th November.

Christmas Angels

Layton Churches Together are looking for knitters or those that can crochet, to come together and knit as many angels as possible to “flood” Grange Park with them over the festival period.

If you are able to knit/crochet and would like a pattern please find a copy at the back of church.
