                                                                               For Prayers

If you would like prayer for yourself or someone else, prayer is available before and after the church services, at St Mark’s in the prayer corner someone will be there for you to pray with, and at St Luke’s and Hope Community Church please ask a member of the leadership team to join you in prayer.

Please pray for all the children and families in the Parish at this busy time of year, that as they take part in their Carol Services this week that they remember and hold on to the real meaning of Christmas.

The birth of our Saviour Jesus Christ.

Please continue to pray for those known to us who are unwell, housebound or lonely including Joan Elaine, Heather, Douglas, Helen, Gill, Jean, Eileen.  We pray for the family and friends of those recently bereaved Annie Entwistle Derek Lawton.

Children in Church

At St Mark’s there is Sunday kids club for children aged 4-11, for children under 4 we have a manned crèche area at the back of church which children are welcome to use at any point during the service.

At St Luke's we have an unmanned children's area at the back of church which children are welcome to use at any point during the service but must be supervised by a parent or carer.
